Discuss Final Details
This is an OWT meeting for all involved - Chairs, Event Leads and their Committee members.
The purpose is to put the final touches and see what (if any) help is needed in any area of OWT to ensure its success.
This is a potluck starting at 6pm, so bring your favorite dish and or/bottle of wine.
Ginger T will provide other beverages and paper products.
