For hotel reservations, Use Hampton.com or contact the Hampton Inn & Suites, 2700 South Loop 256, Palestine, TX 75801, (903) 723-0016. Mention the special code AIG to receive the nightly rate of $95 for a room with two queen beds, sleeping up to 4. The special group rate and availability cannot be guaranteed after October 14, 2016. Any reservations reserved through any third party agencies will not be subject to the group rate and will not qualify as a block room. Please make your reservations now to ensure that you have a room! Some Richardson Altrusans are going to go on Friday and spend the night. It is about a two hour drive from Richardson to Palestine.
Please register through this event so we know how many from Richardson plan to attend for carpool and rooming purposes. BUT you are not officially registered to attend until you complete the registration form on page 2 of the Registration Packet and mail it with your $35 payment to the FLE contact on the form..
