Richardson KAN Weekend

Are you ready for some Ninja Fun?

Be part of our second annual Kindness Action Ninja (KAN) weekend April 7^th 8^th and 9^th. 

Librarians in our 4 Choose Kind Library Schools will already be hard at work helping 2^nd and 3^rd graders create hand made greeting cards for seniors at Richardson retirement homes. 

We will meet at Friends Place on Saturday, April 8 at 10am for brunch and a workshop putting together donations for Hopes Door and Mikes Kids. Representatives from these groups will be on hand to receive our gifts and pose for pics.  Our kids and grandkids all most welcome to come, eat, and make cards too. 

Then Ninja groups will fan out across Richardson to deliver our sweet cards and hugs to our senior folks.
